Nice conditioner! Pump could operate better
I ordered this conditioner for my son who has very long, curly hair. He likes how soft it makes his hair. He’s unsure about the scent, but agrees it’s not unpleasant. He’s used it for a week and when paired with product it definitely keeps his hair from becoming frizzy and wild and keeps the curls very nice. The one downside is the pump. If you lock it, it’s very tricky to unlock. Frustrating.

    🥑✨soft definition & lightweight moisture✨🥑
i’ve been using this conditioner for a week along with the matching shampoo and it’s been a nice pairing. the texture is a bit thinner than what my moisture-hungry hair usually prefers, but it still performs really well once worked through the curls.

it spreads easily and coats the hair evenly, so you don’t need a massive amount. i leave it in for at least three to four minutes before rinsing and it gives a good level of slip for detangling. my hair feels soft and light afterwards with a nice clean shine rather than that heavy coated feel that some richer conditioners can leave behind. i’d say the thickness and lightness of this conditioner makes it friendly for even oily scalp types.

the ingredient list is well thought out, and provides true care instead of just visual/smell appeal. niacinamide supports scalp balance while creatine helps strengthen the strands. there’s a mix of nourishing oils like triolein, avocado and shea butter that help soften and smooth. the same blend of seaweed extracts from the shampoo is included here too, with ascophyllum nodosum, chondrus crispus, laminaria saccharina and palmaria palmata adding hydration and flexibility. nettle and linden flower extracts bring a bit of scalp care and shine, and the formula skips silicones, sulfates and parabens completely.

scent wise it matches the shampoo with a clean, mineral kind of fragrance that smells fresher once it’s warmed up on the hair. it leaves a subtle scent once rinsed, just enough to feel fresh without being overly perfumed. it says it’s for men, but i like the scent just as well.

price wise it’s about the same as what i normally pay for curl-safe products, and the bottle size is generous. while i’d love a slightly thicker version because my hair is so moisture hungry, this one works perfectly for everyday use, especially paired with the shampoo. my curls feel soft, defined and easy to manage.

Curly Hair Conditioner for MEN | Silicone Free – 400ml (13.5 ounces). Pricey, but good quality
CURLOOK Curly Hair Conditioner for MEN | Silicone Free – 400ml (13.5 oz)
    Brand: CURLOOK

I picked up this conditioner because I wanted something that could help keep my curls hydrated without weighing them down. The texture is creamy and spreads easily through my hair in the shower. After rinsing, my curls looked more defined and felt smoother, which made styling easier. I appreciated that it didn’t leave a greasy film on my scalp.

The scent is noticeable but not overpowering. It has a clean, slightly woodsy aroma that fades after my hair dries. I also liked that the bottle comes with a pump dispenser because it makes it simple to get the right amount without fumbling around. The ingredients list includes niacinamide, avocado oil, and shea butter, which made me feel like it was helping nourish my hair instead of just coating it.

There are a couple of things worth mentioning. While it hydrates well, I noticed that if I used too much, it could leave my hair a bit heavy near the roots.

The bottle is priced a little higher than I usually spend, so I expected a bigger difference in frizz control. It helped, but not dramatically. Anyone with very thick curls might need to pair it with additional styling products.

I still continue to use it because it keeps my curls soft and manageable, and the silicone-free formula fits nicely into my routine.

    Pros:

✅ Creamy texture that spreads easily and rinses clean
✅ Leaves curls soft, moisturized, and easier to style
✅ Pump bottle is convenient in the shower
✅ Nourishing ingredients like niacinamide, shea butter, and avocado oil
✅ Light scent that doesn’t linger too strong

    Cons:

❌ Can feel a bit heavy near the roots if overused
❌ Price is on the higher side
❌ Frizz control could be stronger

CURLOOK Conditioner: An impressively great conditioner
I am incredibly pleased with the CURLOOK Curly Hair Conditioner for Men. It is rare for me to use a product that produces an immediate improvement in my hair, but this one does. I applied it while showering and waited four minutes before rinsing during the first use, and my hair felt excellent. On the second use, I waited two minutes before rinsing and noticed no difference in the results. I will continue using the two-minute application/rinse routine in the future.

The scent is mild and pleasant. It does not have the strong barber shop aroma found in The Shop product line or the lighter version of that scent in Bevel products. Although I thoroughly enjoy the traditional barber shop fragrance, the CURLOOK conditioner has earned a place on my bathroom counter because of its performance. I find that the slight fragrance of the CURLOOK conditioner to be faint and fades quickly after rinsing. Try as I might, I do not have a good descriptor for the scent, perhaps just fresh and clean smelling.

The results that I am getting from the conditioner are excellent. It leaves my hair feeling soft and squeaky clean, and it has not caused any irritation or discomfort. I do not miss the barber shop scent because the overall quality is impressive.

The price is relatively high, but the effectiveness of the conditioner makes it worthwhile. The conditioner delivers professional-quality results. It is made in Canada.

    Works pretty well
This conditioner has a nice scent that sticks around for hours after I’ve washed it out. It’s stronger than I like, but since it smells good I’m OK with it. It’s great that it has a pump top and not a pour top since it’s easier to control how much comes out with the pump. I don’t need a lot of it to cover all my hair, so I’d guess that the bottle will last me for a couple of months. It makes my hair feel smooth, but it’s not as good at hydrating as I’d hoped. I have pretty dry curly hair and this conditioner doesn’t seem to lock as much moisture into my hair as some brands I’ve bought.

It’s easy to wash out and doesn’t make my hair feel heavy and oily. It also doesn’t make my scalp itch like other conditioners sometimes do. My hair is usually really curly right after I’ve washed it and with this conditioner it’s more wavy, but it’s also more shiny and looks healthier than it did before I started using it. I think my hair looks better with curls and not waves, but maybe I just need to use a the Curlook styling cream with it? I’ll keep using this stuff and try to see what works.

    Makes beard really soft
My partner is happy with the curly hair conditioner for men. Initially I wasn’t too fond of it because I don’t like the smell, but I quickly figured out that it smells much nicer once actually in his hair and dried than when I’m whiffing it straight out of the bottle. It gives his head and beard a subtle masculine scent that reminds me of pine. A little thinner and less creamy than his previous conditioner, but it spreads well and softens his hair SO much I can’t stop touching his beard. Silicone free seems to be the way to go for my partner, it leaves him much more moisturized and his hair soft without being oily or feeling like it has some sort of residue on it by the end of the day. This is about double the price of his usual conditioner but the quality is excellent and a little goes a long way so he’s using about half as much product as he use to.

    Got my bounce back
So – I am actually female but I prefer a lot of men’s products. I have VERY curly Irish spirals. My hair is a little past my shoulders (when curly )- reaches mid back when wet. I usually have to brush it wet and let it dry under silk bonnet. With this conditioner, I used a fine toothed comb in the shower to fuller and evenly distribute it. Them I leave it in while I wash up and rinse it out at the end of the shower.

I did not realize how much my hair had been sort of sagging before this product. My curly were not as tight but I had not noticed the slow progression. I used this product and immediately had these very tight springs all over my head! My curls are back. My hair looks healthier and fuller. It holds the curl all day but stays soft. The scent is not strong. It is subtle and does not take away from or mix with the smells of my body sprays or perfumes. I need to use less styling products when I use this – which makes it an awesome

    Intense Fragrance
The first thing I noticed was the intensely masculine scent, the conditioner has the classic woodsy herbal smell I associate with men’s toiletries. I was concerned that the smell would linger and leave me scented all day but it did not. This was a relief to me.
I used the rinse after shampooing with a mass produced bargain brand shampoo. I applied a quarter-sized dollop of conditioner and followed with a thorough rinsing. My thinning and fine long hair felt very clean and I was concerned that it would be difficult to comb out but it was not. The cream rinse left my hair manageable. Once dry it felt clean, soft and not weighed down.
I feel like this is a good value.
I included an image of my hair immediately after a towel dry and two of it fully dried.

    Great smell and quality
This has fantastic masculine scent. It’s just the right amount of cologne type smell without it being overly powerful or saturated. It does feel thinner than most conditioners, but spreads well and truly conditions! Like other conditioners, I wash and then condition and leave in hair while I wash my body. I can feel the difference in my hair. While my hair is more closer to wavy curls than curls curls, it has amplified that feel and look of hair while giving it a nice softness. My hair truly feels healthier and replenished by this.
My only battle was actually with the pump. I didn’t feel like it distributed enough at once, and it has a twist to lock feature that doesn’t give that snap into locked position you expect–so I’ve gone to adjust the dispenser to get some and accidentally locked it and then spent more time unlocking it than wanted.
For the price point being far above average store brand, I’d expect a better container, but the quality of conditioning matches the price value.

    Why Just Men?
Haircare is something I don’t think should be gendered. Maybe a formula for short versus long hair would suffice, but I don’t think men and women have much difference in hair. The scent does seem like the standard men’s product scent that all men’s products seem to smell like. My hair isn’t curly but is wavy. This seems to work well for it. My hair feels softer after using this. The formula is thicker and very smooth. I’m able to use it to get tangled out in the shower. It leaves my hair in good condition. It isn’t a great value for one conditioner. I like it.

    Soft curls, masculine scent
This CURLOOK curly hair conditioner worked well for my curls; light moisturizing without weighing it down. My hair felt soft and bouncy with nice shine. The scent was woodsy and definitely more masculine, but it didn’t linger heavily after drying. At about $20 for a bottle, it is more expensive than most, and the results aren’t much better, so it may be a little pricey. I liked it, however, and my hair felt healthy, and it worked well with the CURLOOK curly hair shampoo.

CURLOOK Curly Hair Conditioner for MEN
I ordered the CURLOOK Curly Hair Conditioner for MEN for my son he has curly hair but it gets dried out after a while. The smell of this conditioner is good its not too strong or over powering. The conditioner leaves your hair soft and looking healthy I think this product overall is a good value for the money.

  13. Avid (Amazon Customer)

    It does help with curls
I have generally wavy, thin hair, and this conditioner does enhance the curls. It does so not in a frizzy way either. However, I typically use Pantene Pro-V, and compared to that this conditioner doesn’t make my hair appear quite as healthy and full and polished. It’s decently soft though, and has no noticeable smell. For the price though, I deducted one star, as it’s about 2x the conditioner I compared it to above. It’s definitely not egregiously overpriced, but it is much more than good budget options.

    Good for loose curls
My husband and I both have very curly hair. Its hard to find a good conditioner that provides definition to curls. This conditioner is thick and coats hair well. It rinses clean with warm water. You get a good amount in the bottle. I feel this conditioner works better for those with loose curls but it does leave your hair very soft. It has a plesant scent and is a good price for the quality of product you receive.

    My son likes it!
My son is gifted with a very thick curly hair and finding a good conditioner is not easy, so far he says he likes this better than his preferred one so that says a lot. For a silicone free conditioner, this does a good job! The scent is definitely made for men, not so strong and my son likes it. Helps makes his hair feels soft and not frizzy. Value wise it is on a higher end but I guess it is justified by the quality so can’t really complain!

  16. Nikki M (Amazon Customer)

    Good for my curly hair
I’ve been using this conditioner even though it’s marketed for men, and it works very well for my curly hair. The texture is thick and creamy, so it coats my curls nicely without leaving any heavy residue. My hair feels softer and looks more defined after rinsing, and I can tell it’s adding some moisture back in without making it greasy. It’s not some miracle product that completely transforms curls, but it keeps mine healthy and manageable, which is what I was hoping for.

The scent is light and balanced; fresh, maybe a little woodsy, but not overly masculine. I also like that it’s silicone-free and seems to rinse cleanly, leaving my scalp comfortable and not coated. The bottle is a generous size for the price and the pump dispenser makes it easy to use in the shower. For me, this is a solid everyday conditioner that feels nourishing and dependable, and I’ll definitely keep it in rotation. Would recommend for men and women alike!

    Scent doesn’t linger, works great
Great conditioner that left my wavy hair feeling very soft after use. It does have a ‘masculine’ scent along the lines of a nice cologne. I personally enjoyed the scent and I didn’t notice it lingering in my hair after use (I’m female). Price is reasonable.

  18. The A’s (Amazon Customer)

Great for curls with a manly smell
This is the second Curlook conditioner I’ve tried, and like the first, this one left my curls soft, coiled up and moisturized. I had been using a pink bottle that didn’t say it was for men or women – this one says it’s specifically for men. I assume this is due to the masculine scent of the conditioner as it definitely has a more manly and musky smell than the other pink bottle of conditioner I have from Curlook, but I feel like they perform about the same. The smell is not super noticeable once you wash it out but it is still there very slightly. My hair ends up looking healthy, soft, and hydrated and my curls look great. Overall I would say this conditioner is a great value for the money!

Quality conditioner for my sons curls
I was recently introduced to CURLOOK products and have really enjoyed using them on my own hair, so when I saw this CURLOOK Curly Hair Conditioner for MEN, I immediately ordered it for my son. He inherited my natural curls, and I’ve taught him from an early age the importance of using high quality, clean hair care products that are free of silicones, sulfates, dyes, parabens, and phthalates. This conditioner checks all those boxes and then some. It’s packed with nourishing oils, shea butter and plant extracts that help soften, smooth, and define curls.

He only uses a quarter sized dollop after shampooing, so this bottle will last a long time, making it an excellent value. The warm, musky scent reminds me of his favorite colognes, so while it could definitely be used by women as well, the fragrance seems designed with men in mind. Overall, it’s a well formulated, effective conditioner that keeps his curls healthy, hydrated, and looking great.

This conditioner has a very light scent, but a good one. It restored my son’s curls from kinda sad looking to bouncy and full of life. Also, his hair is extremely soft! Like way more than it ever has been. Definitely high quality ingredients have gone into making this. Worth every dollar!

    Nice conditioner!
I don’t have a lot of hair, and occasionally shave it down bare, but I do keep a beard, and I often use shampoo and conditioner anyway, just to keep my scalp clean and smooth and soft.

I have to say, this is a really nice conditioner. Mild, but pleasant fragrance. As I said, I don’t have a full, thick head of hair, but it does leave my hair and beard feeling softer and lighter, and smelling clean and fresh.

Don’t really have any negatives to say about it – rinses well, feels good, smells good, and not too too expensive.

  29. Lupo (Amazon Customer)

I’m a fan – though there’S something odd about the scent initially
Overall I am a fan of this Curlook Curly Hair Conditioner. While they say its ‘for MEN’ I don’t particularly find the scent overly masculine, and i’d say much more of a unisex frag – this is the consensus in the household as well made of up primarily women for reference. That said, speaking about the scent/fragrance, there initially was some lingering ‘funk’ if i can put that into words – a muskiness but with some overly ripe/borderline spoilt citrus fruit if that makes any sense. Not necessarily a bad thing but it is very polarizing in that it was love it or hate it in the household. It however dissipate after we used it for the first week and mellowed out but in the first few days especially it was a little odd.

Performance wise this did well. Curly hairs in this house give their approval. Find it rinses away well and doesn’T linger or feel heavy afterwards.

  30. Liora Oakes (Amazon Customer)

    Nice, masculine smelling conditioner
This is a very nice hair conditioner for men which smells really good. It has a very slight citrusy note in an otherwise masculine ‘salon’ scent. It is not overpowering. Just enough to make my hair smell nice and clean and fresh.

The conditioner works well to moisturize my hair leaving it flake free without leaving a greasy film.

No ingredients of large concern, though avoid if you’re staying away from PEGs. Ingredients are: Water (Aqua), Cetyl alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Coco Caprylate/Caprate, Oleyl Alcohol, Fragrance (Parfum), Cetrimonium Chloride, Ceteareth-20, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Butyrosperum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Creatine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polyquaternium-11, Polyquaternium-37, Hydroxypropylgluconamide, Hydroxypropylammonium Gluconate, Disodium EDTA, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Triolein, Niacinamide, Tilia Tomentosa Extract, Tilia Cordata Flower Extract, Laminaria Saccharina Extract, Palmaria Palmata Extract, Ascophyllum Nodosum Extract, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric acid, Limonene

I like the bottle as it’s neutral and looks great on my shower shelf. The pump is also convenient vs. a squeeze bottle.

Overall a great conditioner that smells wonderful!

    Treats curls with respect
My teenaged son has been using the Curlook Curly Hair Conditioner for a few weeks now, and has noticed his curls feel softer and more defined without that heavy, coated feeling some conditioners leave behind. It’s silicone-free, which I really appreciate — it doesn’t just mask the dryness but actually helps the hair feel hydrated and healthy. After rinsing, curls bounce back nicely and stay manageable even on days he doesn’t add much product.

The texture is creamy but not too thick, and a little goes a long way. He usually leaves it in for a couple of minutes after shampooing, and it detangles really well — no tugging or frustration. It also smells fresh and clean, nothing overpowering, which makes it easy to use regularly.

I like that it’s made in Canada and geared specifically toward men with curly hair, since those products are hard to find. Overall, it’s a solid conditioner that does exactly what it promises — keeps curls healthy-looking, soft, and natural without any buildup.

A wonderful product that works to soften my hair while further developing my curls. The conditioner lacks a noteworthy scent, it makes up for it with tremendous results.

Solid Conditioner For Men with Wavy Hair
There are not so many conditioners out there that is focused on men with wavy hair. I’ve been using this conditioner and it’s shampoo for my hair a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how my curls look and feel. After each wash, my curls feel softer, more defined, and easier to manage. It’s silicone-free, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave any greasy buildup.
The formula is lightweight and moisturizing, which helps reduce frizz without making my scalp oily. I also like that it has a clean, fresh and subtle scent. The size is decent, a little goes a long way.
Overall, it’s a solid conditioner that keeps curls hydrated, bouncy, and healthy-looking. Great choice for guys with naturally curly or wavy hair who want something simple but effective

    Curly hair approved
My son has an abundance of 3C curls, and we are always on the lookout for some curl nourishing and enhancing hair products. This conditioner is excellent and I like that it doesn’t have a lot of ingredients that I don’t prefer. My son found it to be hydrating and helped him with detangling his hair when washing in the shower. He said it doesn’t weigh his hair down as much as some other heavy conditioners do.

    seems like a nice conditioner
This conditioner is pretty nice. The ingredient list is high quality, including niacinamide, plant oils, and seaweed, and it’s free of silicones, sulfates, and parabens. The lightweight formula adds shine without a heavy, coated feeling, so it works even on oilier scalps. The bottle is a decent size, so it lasts a while. Overall, I’m quite happy with this conditioner.

    Love it
I am a woman and I use it. While this is aimed at men, probably because so many women and unisex hair products have fragrance that is almost always of a more feminine nature or waaaayyyyy too floral, the product is for HAIR and hair is hair. It works great for my dry, curly hair, keeping it hydrated and moisturized without being heavy. I also appreciate that while it is scented, it’s a different type of scent that’s more mineral (which can read as chemical to some) and fresh, which i really need some days to lift my mood.

Didn’t Expect to Be Jealous of His Curls
So I originally bought this for my husband because his curls were starting to look like they’d given up on life. Fast forward a few showers, and now he’s walking around flipping his hair like he’s auditioning for a shampoo commercial. The curls are soft, defined, and somehow shinier than mine, which feels personally offensive.

This stuff smells great, makes his hair feel ridiculously smooth, and doesn’t have that heavy, coated feel. I caught myself reaching for it the other day and realized we’ve officially entered the shared bathroom product era.

    Left my hair looking great!
Love this conditioner. My hair has no frizz and looks so smooth and moisturized. Usually after showers my hair puffs up like crazy but this and the styling cream fixed it. Smells great and a little goes a long way. Excellent product!

Pretty standard as far as nicer conditioners go, except for the smell.
The conditioner is pretty nice, but doesn’t strike me as anything too different from most other nicer conditioners (not bargain ones), it’s thick and does what I expect it to without being a pain to rinse out.

The one issue I have with these Curlook products is that they smell bad, like, bad in a very “chemical” kind of way and it permeates it so much that even just handling the bottles leave your hands smelling strangely. It would have been way more pleasant to use if they had masked/perfumed it in way to minimize that scent.

    Great conditioner for curly hair
Really good conditioner. I like the clean ingredients and the fact that it’s silicone-free. It smells pleasant without being overpowering, and it leaves curls soft, hydrated, and defined. Great for maintaining healthy, bouncy curls.

    reasonably priced
This hair conditioner from Curlook comes in a 400 ml pump bottle. I like the scent of this conditioner but people who are sensitive should be aware. This conditioner does a decent job in hydrating and also help with tangles and frizzy hair. The current price of $24 CAD is reasonable.

Moisturizing 400ml conditioner for curly hair.
I ordered this curly hair conditioner for my husband, who has naturally curly hair. He loves the scent and says it leaves his curls soft, moisturized, and less frizzy. The pump nozzle makes it easy to dispense. The generous 400ml bottle will last a while.

This conditioner is silicone-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free, and it’s gentle enough for daily use. It helps smooth and hydrate curls, making them easier to manage and style.

Overall, this is a good option for maintaining healthy, bouncy curls with a fresh scent. Recommended.

Works very well. Great for men or women.
While this Curlook product is geared and marketed towards Men, it works just as well in my hair. I have tried several of this brands products that worked extremely well with my curls and I will 100% be purchasing some of them again.

This conditioner works well, it coats my curls and hydrates them well, it also has great slip which helps me very well with detangling my fine hair.

It rinses out well and works exactly as it should. It is perfect for my curl pattern and the fact that my curls are fine and certain things weigh them down. This does not.

    Great product, recommended.

    Smooth
This conditioner works great for my curls. My hair feels soft, looks shiny, and I haven’t had any bad reactions to it. It smells nice and is easy to dispense from the bottle. It leaves my hair feeling nourished and smooth.

    Curl cream
I use this CURLOOK leave in styler in my son’s hair a few times a week. It has become my go to styler for him after he washes his hair (he is small so still needs styling help).

It is easy to use since it has a pump top and it dispenses well. The cream has a faint scent but I couldn’t describe it, but its pleasant and doesn’t seem to linger long. It provides great definition for his curls and reduces frizz. It is a fairly lightweight cream and doesn’t leave any crunch behind unless heavily applied. Just soft and defined curls!

The price is in line with other curl styling products I use for myself so it seems reasonable.

    Nice to have
Been using for about a month and this is better than pomade. Keeps the hair put but still soft. Curls that in place most of the days. Very easy to apply and doesn’t dry out my hair.

Eager to see how well this works in the summer time
So far so good! This curlook curly hair product works well with my hair. I have coarse 3A curls.
I use this when my hair is wet so it locks in and I avoid frizz.
This doesn’t weigh my hair down. The scent is very mild and doesn’t last. I do put some moisturizer on my hair to comb through before putting this product on top of that.
I will keep using as my hair and this product seem to work well together.

Well balanced and light curl cream
I ordered this for my 10 year old son who has curly hair. He has the big loose kind but his hair can get frizzy and knotted pretty easily. He sprays his hair with a detangler, then uses this curl cream and spritzes a gel spray for hold. The whole thing together seems to work pretty well. When he returns from school his hair still looks good. It all holds well. The scent is pleasant and understated. Not overwhelming at all.
