My youngest child has extremely coily, thick hair. His hair has super tight corkscrew curls all throughout his head. When I wash and condition his hair, I grease his scalp with blue magic and than apply this and just massage it through. What it immediately helps with, is, makes the wet hair soft, aides in the wet comb out process and adds a nice scent. My sons hair is not washed everyday, but a couple of times a week. It helps with the in between dry comb outs, even though the bottle says to use on wet hair. It moistens it and the comb goes through the hair much easier. It’s not a miracle worker, but a much appreciated step in his hair maintenence and routine. And because of how he wears his hair, the wet product is ok. On dry hairstyles you can’t just use this and go, and the bottle says to use on wet hair. It’s good on fine, thin hair,( my type) I just use it as a daily leave in conditioner.

This Curlook Kinky-Coily Hair Leave-In Styling Cream has been a wonderful addition to my hair care routine. I have coarse, kinky hair that tends to be dry and frizzy, so I was in desperate need of styling cream that could restore moisture lost during shampooing while also taming flyaways and frizz. This product does it all!
It softens and defines my curls beautifully and has a fair amount of slip. I apply it to my damp, freshly washed hair, working it through with my fingers to distribute it evenly. Then I either let my hair air dry or diffuse it on low heat. Once it’s dry, I scrunch out any cast to reveal bouncy, well-defined curls. Since I only wash once a week, I refresh my hair on non-wash days by lightly misting it with water to reactivate the product. Most of the time, that’s all it takes to bring my curls back to life, but if I need a little extra definition or frizz control, I rub a small amount between my palms and apply it again, and it looks almost as good as wash day. At $20, I consider it a great deal and highly recommend it for anyone with dry, textured, or curly hair.

Great for curly girls
Wife has curly hair and always struggles with products. This is one of the better ones she’s used – she said she can put it in and basically wake up and be ready to go. She has tight curls so it tends to frizz pretty easily. This prevented that which is awesome. It also prevents her having to put gel in her hair to hold it together throughout the day – this means her hair is softer while product is in as well. This is a huge deal because it’s usually a choice of hair looking better, or feeling better, no middle ground. This is a good middle ground. My teen daughter has tight coils whereas my hair is more loose Irish curls. I got this for her. She is enjoying the texture of it. I am noticing a lot less freeze in her hair in comparison to the products she was using. She is able to spritz her hair and add a little more for day 2/3 curls. I am constantly trying to find hair products that really work for my curls. I do not have kinky hair but do have coily curls. This leave in styling creme does work very well for my hair. I use it on my towel dried hair while still damp. I do not touch my hair once I have washed and conditioned it. I will get extremely frizzy hair if I mess with it after it has dried. This formula leaves my hair soft and light. Not crunchy or wet looking like some other products I choose not to use anymore. I think this is a great addition to girls with locks of curls. The texture of the cream was neither too light nor too heavy. It takes a few seconds for it to melt between my strands and it made my curls pop. It does not act like a gel, so this won’t be enough by itself if you’re trying to make something like a wash and go; instead, it is perfect to give a bounce back to hair or to prep before styling. I LOVE this CURLOOK kinky-coily stying cream. I have permed greying hair, shoulder length, and it is one of my favorite products. This bottle arrives with a layer of plastic around the lid on top, preventing spills and just helping it stay together. It is quite a large bottle at 400 mls, which is great especially for the price. The pump is great as you can control how much product you remove at a time. You can also use this on wet or dry hair. I do find this definitely helps tame the frizz in my hair and make it look more tamed overall while enhancing the definition of my curls. I have been using this mostly on wet hair and styling it that way. I find that this formula is quite lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down, I also have not been using this product at the roots. More so just on my actual curls. This formula also has a great citrusy, fruity smell, but nothing too strong or overpowering. But it does help my hair smell fresh and clean. This would also be great for a day two or day three curls just simply wet your hands a little bit, add a little product to redefine the curls as well. The texture to this product is creamy/jelly, somewhere in between the two. One Stride I don’t find that this leaves my hair crunchy. My hair is still quite soft even with product in it, and it does enhance my hair is shine as well. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this product, and think it does a good job at overall taming my hair while defining my curls.

Styling cream for curly
I have naturally curly hair so I’m always looking for a styling product that doesn’t make my hair feel crusty. I do not like the feel of gel or mousse in my hair as it feels crunchy so I have been trying to find something that helps bring out the curls without the crust.
I tried this curl cream a couple times now it does work better if you diffuse but, also works well drying the hair naturally just don’t use much or it does weigh the curls down. The cream comes in a really good sized bottle that will last quite a while. The smell is nice and not too strong or perfume smelling so it doesn’t bother me I have issues either migraines from strong smells. The cream is white and comes out like lotion I would say. It is somewhat slippery so glides through the hair nicely when applying. It does have directions on the bottle for use and I would recommend following them for better results.
The cream is quite nice and my hair dries soft and bouncy without the crusty feeling of gel or mousse. My hair feels soft and moves which I really like. The hair also looks healthy and shiny. I have only used it a couple of times but I am very pleased with the results so far and do feel like this curl cream is something I will buy again.

The styling cream arrives in a yellow plastic bottle that’s wrapped in plastic and is loose in the package. When you get the plastic off it frees up the pump at the top and it’s ready to dispense. It smells really nice and a little goes a long way when applying it to a decent volume of hair.
After using it several times, my wife finds her curls are more pronounced and her hair is also a lot smoother. Her hair is a lot more hydrated and it smells amazing for at least the rest of the day and a bit into the next.

The consistency of the product is between a cream and gel mixed together. I love the smell of the product, it has a floral/cologne scent. I don’t have a kinky/coily hair texture, but a curly/wavey pattern. I always have a hard time finding a serum or styling cream that enhances my natural hair, while helping fight frizz and give me softness. Good but a little heavy
In using the Curlook products, the last product in this line is the styling cream. My wife has been enjoying this line so far. It has the same pleasant fragrance as the others. It has nice ingredients for people looking for no silicones or sulfates in their products.
The only negative she mentioned is that it’s a little heavy for 3C/4A hair. So while she really enjoys their shampoo and conditioner, she may switch up the final step in her process.

This styling cream is really lovely! While I don’t have a true curly hair I decided to try this product because I always love a product free of silicone and let’s face it, most of the hair products nod have some sort of cones in their recipe.
This comes in a bottle with a pump and it is a fairly thick leave in cream. While designed for styling, I also found it great as a leave in conditioner. My dry and highlighted hair really seems to like this product.
Care must be taken not to put this on the scalp and roots, as I did it on accident and it seemed to cause some extra fair fall.
For the lengths little is needed to calm down the frizz, smooth the cuticle and define the hair waves.
The product is scented, and very nicely so. It is some sort of coconut and tropical scent, to me it smells very pleasant, like a summer vacation air.
The product does coat the hair and when my hair got brushed later the brush got coated with some white residue.it is easy to wash it off so for me a small price to pay for a good product, free of cones.
I really like this hair cream and I think that it’s well worth every penny!

Leaves a nice flatter curl
My son has the standard curly top hair so I got this for him to try , he says it’s nice for people who have curly hair who like to keep it flat and curly, but for someone like him who likes volume this cream is not for him. So it really depends on your wants or need. It does have a pleasant smell and the texture is nice when applying. I’ll give it to my daughter as she also has long curly hair, and it will probably enhance her long curls.

I have 3b/3c curls and this styling cream is amazing! I apply it after shampooing my hair with Curlook shampoo and after conditioning my hair. Results are fantastic. No white flakes, or sticky residual feeling.
The ingredients are natural, however, some are more chemical derived but still more natural. The smell is very pleasant and not overpowering which i like.
To refresh my hair, i rake my hair with my hands and some water with product in my hands. My hair even 3 days after initial washing looks fresh with this Curlook styling cream.
It came well packaged so they was no way for spills or leaks. The bottle is nice and the brand look is professional.
My hair results are so good, I will reorder!

Shinier hair
So far this cream makes my hair feel soft, hydrated, and defined without being greasy. It smells decent and absorbs quickly into my hair. I love that it’s silicone-free and made in Canada. Works great on our curly haired family
My kids and I also have curly hair with three different textures (3C, 4A and 4B). The styling cream works for all three of us. I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it decided to give it a try. There’s not a lot of hold to it, but there’s a lot of slip. The formula itself is very lightweight. It’s a really nice leave in and is great for detangling. It’s free of all the bad stuff we don’t want in our hair. It leaves the hair feeling soft and moisturized and defines our curls. I like out of a pump rather than spout or a tub. It has a very faint fragrance, it’s possibly a citrusy, but it’s so faint that I can’t pinpoint what exactly it is.

Curls for days!!!!
I have curly hair that tends to be wavy or curly. It’s very dry dehydrated and I often have quite a bit of frizz! I was in search for a new leave in conditioner and this has been absolutely amazing. I know this is primarily for kinky curls, but it works really well for my curl type as well. It’s super lightweight. It doesn’t weigh down my hair. It is a rich cream product and is quite hydrating and is perfect for kind of amplifying my existing curls and it has a faint smell, but it’s nothing too strong, which I love because I don’t like overly scented products! It’s great quality and you get a fantastic amount of product as well especially with this since a little goes a long way this bottle is gonna last me a good couple of months

My hair feels great
This is the second CURLOOK styling cream I’ve ordered though the other one was for less curly hair. I ordered this one because I was so impressed by the other one. I have since ordered a shampoo and conditioner from this brand. I don’t know that this one does anymore for my curls than the one I ordered for wavy hair, but that may just be because my hair is wavy not kinky-coily.
Regardless, I like this product very much. I used it instead of conditioner last time I washed my hair and it left my hair feeling soft and manageable. I usually need conditioner because my hair gets so tangled, but this worked well. You leave it in and that could mean residue and tackiness, but I don’t feel that at all.
So far, across the line, I am really loving these Curlook products.

This curling cream worked great on my short 4C hair and left no residue, unlike Cantu products. The cream is strongly fragranced, but, it is not unpleasant.
About 6 pumps is all it took to do my entire head.
